Tewkesbury Minor Injury Unit is staffed by specialist nurses known as Emergency Nurse Practitioners with support from medical staff and GPs as required. They can treat a range of conditions, from sprains to minor burns and emergency contraception to minor head injuries. Click here for more information.

Vaccinations, medication and travel advice

Travel Assessment

We offer a full travel advice and immunisation service. If you are travelling abroad please complete and submit the travel form in plenty of time (we recommend 6 weeks min) before your journey.  We are a registered Yellow Fever immunisation centre.

Pharmacies are also able to provide travel advice and advice on antimalarial treatments when needed, depending on area of travel. Some are also able to provide an immunisation service.
