After 30 years of clinical medicine – 24 of them with wonderful colleagues at Church Street – I plan to retire at the end of December.
It has been a privilege to practice family medicine in the friendly town of Tewkesbury.
For me, one of the highlights of general practice has been the care across families and to bear witness to the life journey of many patients from babyhood to adulthood.
Some patients are better known to me than others and some have indeed become friends. To all my patients however, I extend my gratitude, for your part in weaving the rich and colorful fabric of my career in general practice.
For now, I plan to travel, walk the beautiful Cornish coast and with any luck, improve my piano playing.
